Drink Drive Racing Sprint Series Announces Winter 2022 Schedule

A Seven Round Championship Series for BMW M3 Sport Evo '89

(DDRS World Headquarters, October 2, 2021) DDRS Management has announced the schedule for the Winter 2022 DDRS Sprint Series. The seven event series will run from November to March, and concentrates on circuits in Japan and Italy, with the finale set to take place in Croatia. The Winter 2022 Sprint Series, open to the 1989 BMW M3 Evo Sport, features drivers from all over North America.

"We're excited about the new season," said series director itc42. "The seven race calendar will bring our fans more of what they're looking for. Plus, the M3 is a solid package, and we're excited to see it back as the car for the new season." The BMW M3 was the spec car for the first season. A well-developed rules package helped to promote some very close and competitive racing throughout the series. The first event of the season will be November 13 at the Maggiore West circuit, known for it's sweeping corners and undulating terrain.

New Endurance Series Announced

DDRS Management also announced the formation of the DDRS Endurance Championship, a team-based, multi-class series to be competed during the same timeframe. DDRS Management expects to make an announcement with more details soon.
